What is your greatest idea?

One line is enough. The city backs it, and the idea on top when the night comes is the one four teams build. Nothing here is a pitch.

Placing a back scores 2, once per idea. Raising an idea that reaches the board scores 10, and 100 if the city chooses it.

This round has closed. The next one opens with the next episode.

These spend nothing. They tell the Council whether the need is real, whether a team could form, and whether it has support beyond the room.

The board is open. The first idea on it is yours to write.
